You can now download audio of my Design Patterns: Defining and Sharing Web Design Languages talk from South by Southwest (SxSW) 2007. In it, I discussed how to put design patterns to use within Web applications with an overview of the what, why, and how of shared online design pattern libraries.

From the official description

This tlak will take an in-depth look at defining and sharing Web design patterns. In particular we'll explore communicating when and how specific design patterns should be applied, what it takes to develop a usable design language, and how disparate lists of design patterns can converge into a shared online resource. The content will be based on an ongoing online conversation.
